7 Day diet – not very balanced and can lead to weakness and fatigue

Okay, that probably sounds like a television advertising. But, really, the 7 day diet could be the breakthrough method of life youve always sought.

This method is the all-you-can-eat diet. It assigns some foods that a person can indulge in special days. However, this system of weight loss can lead to the loss of a considerable amount of extra pounds. It is a person who gives an advantage in the diet.
Advantages

– It leads to weight loss since it concerns only fruits and vegetables on its menu.
– Ensures immediate weight loss and it is good for people who need immediate solutions for their waistlines bulging.
– The method is free, so to speak. The costs directly to foods.
Disadvantages

– Its a very hard floor following pre-determined set of food for a whole week.
– Is not a diet deficiency sostenibilecrea important nutrients and calories needed for the body to function normally during the day. It is, in short, a very unbalanced diet.
– Its a fad diet; but this raises the flag for people who opt for balanced and healthy diet than those methods that use drastic measures.
– Daily calorie intake is, on average, less than normal.
– The participants of this affirmation method that lost from 5 to 14 pounds after 7 days, which is a good thing for some people. However, dropping the number of pounds in a hurry can be detrimental to the long range leads to collapse of some systems in the body. If you look at a basic day to day, this method is not very balanced. However, if viewed from a broader framework, is a balanced diet a bit. However, it is recommended to only be for one week.
