One of the tricks that gave me better results in my diet to burn belly fat, is extremely simple and beneficial. Surely you already know the power of fiber to give you a quick sense of satiety. And soups also have excellent properties that help you lose weight. So what if we combine both benefits to help you eat less?
Soups and salads that burn belly fat and take away hunger
It is known to all the specific benefits of foods high in fiber and water diet to lower abdomen. And for that, eat this kind of food as a “vegetable soup” before your main meal will help you not add as many calories during the meal. Furthermore, there is evidence that people who take vegetable soup before lunch, they eat 20 % less food.
So today I prepared 3 recipes from soups and salads to get you started to try this effective trick today and see how your belly deflates quickly. Remember to eat this salad or soup before lunch or dinner.
Cauliflower Salad: In a large bowl, you have to beat 5 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar a finite well cut shallots and a little pepper. After the mixture, add 3 cups of diced cauliflower, 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce and a red apple, cut into small pieces also. Mix well and enjoy it.
Melon and tomato salad: Boil for a few minutes 1 cup chopped onion in finite rings, to remove the strong flavor. Removes excess water. Meanwhile, cut melon slices. In a large bowl, place a ring around the rim and melon covered with a layer of tomato slices. Make another round melon and cover again with tomatoes. Place cucumber slices between melons and tomatoes, and season with salt and pepper. Top with mozzarella cheese and onion rings, sprinkle with olive oil and vinegar. If you want you can put some fresh parsley.
Fat Loss Factor 65Carrot Soup: In a saucepan, place 3 tablespoons canola oil 2 tablespoons curry powder and cook about 2 minutes, always stirring. Make 8 carrots, 4 stalks of celery and a medium onion. Cook it about 10 minutes and add 5 cups of chicken broth. Pass the soup to a large saucepan, reduce heat and simmer until the vegetables are tender. Process the soup in a blender, reheat and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Not only will you eat less, but their ingredients have good properties to accelerate the burning of fat. This trick is ideal if you combine it with a diet plan specifically designed to speed up metabolism, and do daily exercises to strengthen your belly.
